Mahkeme ayr\u0131ca, \u015firketin mali durumunu g\u00f6zetlemek \u00fczere \u00fc\u00e7 ki\u015filik konkordato komiser heyeti atad\u0131.<br \/>\nTayyar Yat\u0131r\u0131m b\u00fcnyesinde faaliyet g\u00f6steren Modern \u00c7ikolata, Karaman Organize Sanayi B\u00f6lgesi\u2019nde 140 bin ton y\u0131ll\u0131k \u00fcretim kapasitesine sahip entegre bir tesiste \u00fcretim yap\u0131yor. Firma; bisk\u00fcvi, \u00e7ikolata, kek, kraker, gofret ve \u00e7ikolata bar dahil olmak \u00fczere 300\u2019den fazla \u00fcr\u00fcn \u00e7e\u015fidi ile T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin en kapsaml\u0131 g\u0131da \u00fcreticilerinden biri konumunda.<br \/>\n\u00dclker ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla ba\u015flayan yolculukModern \u00c7ikolata\u2019n\u0131n temelleri, 1999 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u00dclker ile ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen ortak projelere dayan\u0131yor. 2014 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar s\u00fcren bu i\u015f birli\u011fi d\u00f6neminde Tayyar Yat\u0131r\u0131m, sekt\u00f6rde g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir altyap\u0131 olu\u015fturdu. 2014\u2019ten itibaren kendi markas\u0131yla yola devam eden \u015firket, Modern \u00c7ikolata ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z \u00fcretim faaliyetlerine ba\u015flad\u0131.<br \/>\n\u015eirketin konkordato ba\u015fvurusu, do\u011frudan bir iflas s\u00fcreci de\u011fil; mali s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131n giderilmesi ve bor\u00e7lar\u0131n yap\u0131land\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla at\u0131lm\u0131\u015f stratejik bir ad\u0131m olarak de\u011ferlendiriliyor.
